To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, patients are seen primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority and will be seen as promptly as possible. Walk-ins are placed into the appointment schedule upon arrival and are seen at the Doctors availability.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area and exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available. A drop-off means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop-off sometime in the morning, in order to allow the doctor ample time to examine your pet in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients.
For the safety of all animals in our care, any animal being presented with symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, coughing or sneezing will be treated as potentially infectious to other pets. Please check-in with a receptionist first without your pet before exposing your pet to other pets within the clinic.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
Thank you so much for you expertise. We will be back. Have a great day! And...thank you to the sweet receptionist. You are all so very nice and it shows how much you care.
